Wow… Producing music and spinning records are two different worlds. I can appreciate both… an artist that expresses themselves through making music and an artist who expresses themselves through others music that they love. Becoming a skilled DJ isn’t just matching two record speeds together (a lot more than that) Maybe Joel is just a pasty white meat puppet who’s been fortunate enough to be at the right place at the right time. I’ve been a fan for a while, but will admit I was expecting better transitions between some of his songs on his albums. For not knowing Joel personally all I have as a fan is his music, but now I have lost respect for that and his ignorance. Dumb comment to make in the Electronic Music Scene. Must be a joke.
